The raw material selection----hot pressing --- feeding--- cutting---- feeding----sloting---packing

The quality is tested as per China industry standard and European EN13329.

Packing & Delivery

Packing machine operated by the workers with well experience, Inner carton packing,outer with protective film as fixted.

Normal standard: 

1.8mm 1215*195/1215*196/1218*198mm 10pcs/carton with pallet or not.
2. 12mm 1215*195/1215*196/1218*198mm 7pcs/carton with pallet or not.

Delivery time:

Normal, if the productions plan is smoothly, it will need about 15-25 days after receipt of the deposit.
